Selling a house can be very hard, because for most of us it is more than just a brick and mortar shell, it is a home. Sellers have be open to seeing their home through the eyes of a buyer, which means people might not like our ‘stuff!’ We have to be flexible as we declutter, deep clean, repair items, deal with unreasonable HOAs and wrestle with the whims of people who make offers that are not written honorably. We may even have to move out! All of this is emotionally charged, has significant financial implications, and it is hard. Beth Robertson makes it better.
